Support from EduKent to purchase further delegation of services from April 2012

Further to the e-bulletin on 18 October, giving details of the decisions reached on the further delegation of funds to schools in April 2012, to find out the amounts that your school will receive for each category, please use the link below:

Against each amount shown on the spreadsheet, you will see that there is a link to the service providers on the EduKent website.  Under the ‘Contracted Services’ section there are full details of the services, which are available to buy back.  These services can be ordered using our bespoke order form, which details the individual packages and their costs.  You will have already responded separately in regard to the Catering Service. Once you have completed the order form, e-mail it to edukent@kent.gov.uk.  

You may submit more than one order form, if decisions to purchase are being made at different times, and guidance is available on how to complete the form. The deadline for you to return your order forms is Friday 13 January, but if you have any queries or concerns, please feel free to contact the EduKent team at edukent@kent.gov.uk, or telephone us on 08458 247 501 and we will be happy to help.

Headteacher briefings

In addition to these details, there will be a further opportunity to talk to service providers before, after and during the refreshment break at the forthcoming Headteacher briefings;

The School Improvement and Development and Education Psychology teams will also be available at the Headteacher briefings.

Please complete the separate order form for purchasing their contracted services, which are payable on a monthly basis.  As with the delegated services order form, more than one form may be submitted.

It is important to note that bespoke services are available from all service providers, in addition to contracted services.  If you wish to purchase any service as an ad hoc or bespoke package, please contact the service provider and they will be happy to discuss your requirements.

The purchase of all of the packages mentioned above will not affect any other packages that you currently purchase from Kent.
